These terms and conditions of use apply to use of this website.

In using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of use, and you accept these Terms and Conditions of use and our Warranty and Returns Policy.

Please check the specifications and compatibility of the goods being ordered to ensure they are what you require prior to placing an order as we do not supply goods on trial basis.

We are not responsible for any damage to or loss of the product whilst being delivered.
The purchaser acknowledges that any product delivered by North Sea Inflatables is not covered by insurance. If purchaser requires insurance cover, please advise us.
Any charges relating to insurance is to be paid by the purchaser.

Freight rates are automatically calculated based on the total size and weight of the product.
They are applicable only for capital cities in mainland Australia and nearby suburbs, except any suburb in Northern Territory.
Freight rates can be found here.
We may request for an additional freight rate if the delivery suburb is far away from a major capital city (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Canberra, and Hobart), or any suburb in Northern Territory.

The purchaser acknowledges that it has not relied upon any statement or representation by North Sea Inflatables in respect of the purpose for which the purchaser desires to use the product and that North Sea Inflatables is not responsible or liable for any failure or unsuitability of the product to perform the purposes required by the purchaser.

All orders placed are subject to stock availability and acceptance at the discretion of North Sea Inflatables management.

North Sea Inflatables reserves the right to cancel order at any time should there be any event or situation arising which may lead to the need to do so, or if we think that such action is necessary.
Should we decide to cancel the order, we will refund in full any payment relating to that particular order that we have received from purchaser to date (if any).

North Sea Inflatables will not be responsible for any direct, indirect or consequential loss of the purchaser.

Products are dispatched only after the clearance of payment.
